Once your return is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days; however, the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. In case of prepaid orders, refunds will be credited back to the source account, while for other payment methods, appropriate refund processes will be followed as per policy. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product delivered by us.
